wahaha. i shall comment! A leader should have the passion to lead and serve his/her community.. and first and foremost should love the community he/she is serving =D
A leader commands the trust of the people. He / she might lead them to the wrong way (bad leader, that is) or does not have the capability to execute the duties (weak); but as long as the people trust the leader, that person is still the leader by my definition.
Thanks for the comments cher, bobby! I agree with cheryl. Love is the word, hahaha. Leader without love to his organization or community will not have enough willpower to carry his duty. With love, even the hardest obstacle, the leader will face it. Even to sacrifice him/herself..... Pray for love!! :p
